Reception area at desk - questions about check in. Patients at times also need to speak to receptionist re appointment after seeing doctor/nurse or to leave samples etc. This then makes for delays in reception. Not easy to get appointment with doctor you have seen recently who knows about your condition etc.

Always make appointments a month in advance but cannot always get an appointment if you phone up for that day even with a oncall doctor. On the hole no problems

Its a good practice. The only problem I have ever encountered is in sometimes not beign able to get an appointment. Apart from that I have no complaints
